Besides, the binding of RB1 (protein: 6C2R) to topotecan and dexamethasone was confirmed, while TLR4 (protein: 4R7N) could bind with Tlr4-IN-C34 and resatorvid.<h4>Conclusion</h4>This study successfully identified TLR4 and RB1 as core lactate-related genes in depression, providing a new perspective on elucidating the role of lactate in the pathogenesis of depression. Here, TLR4 is linked to depressive disorder.
