Germline analysis of MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2 was performed using next-generation sequencing-based assays.<h4>Results</h4>Lynch syndrome was confirmed in 53 individuals (38.9%), with colorectal cancer representing 71.7% (38 cases) and endometrial cancer accounting for 28.3% (15 cases) cases). This evidence concerns the gene MLH1 and Lynch syndrome.
