<h4>Objective</h4>To investigate the diagnostic value of the PRIMARY score in 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT for prostate cancer (PCa), to compare its diagnostic efficacy with maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax), and explore the value of their combined model.<h4>Methods</h4>A total of 180 patients with suspected prostate cancer were initially screened.
