To identify biomarkers for CHD, we analyzed the CACNA2D1 protein concentration in patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis to explore the correlation between plasma CACNA2D1 protein concentration and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
Methods
A total of 267 inpatients from the Department of Cardiology at Dalian Central Hospital who underwent coronary angiography were consecutively enrolled. This evidence concerns the gene CACNA2D1 and coronary artery disorder.
