<b>Conclusions</b>: PQQ alleviates DCM in mice with T2DM by improving mitochondrial quality control, promoting mitophagy, and subsequently inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis, highlighting its potential as a promising therapeutic agent for T2DM-associated cardiomyopathy.
