<i>In vivo</i>, compared with paclitaxel monotherapy, the combination of GLUT3 inhibition and paclitaxel not only reduced tumor weight by 75.47% (<i>P<0.05</i>) but also significantly suppressed the expression of MAPKAP1, GPX4, and SLC7A11.<h4>Conclusion</h4>Targeting GLUT3-H3K18la-MAPKAP1 reverses paclitaxel resistance by inducing ferroptosis, providing a novel combination strategy for treating refractory GCPM. This evidence concerns the gene SLC7A11 and neoplasm.
