In this article, we report a case of a 28-year-old patient with PCOS who had a normal body mass index (BMI) and normal level of luteinizing hormone (LH), failed to conceive with letrozole combined with human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) but achieved successful ovulation and pregnancy with pulsatile gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) pump therapy, without OHSS or other adverse effects. Here, GNRH1 is linked to polycystic ovary syndrome.
