The SII, SIRI, and AISI were significantly correlated with interleukin (IL)-6 in lesions (all P<.05), and the combinations of these indices with IL-6, IL-1, and IL-17 were also significantly correlated with the PASI (all P<.05).
Conclusions
Blood count-derived inflammatory markers could better reflect the inflammation of patients with psoriasis. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and psoriasis.
