Secondary endpoints included inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6, TNF-<i>α</i>), immune parameters (CD4+, CD8+ T cells), cancer-related fatigue (assessed by the Cancer Fatigue Scale), and quality of life (QOL).<h4>Results</h4>Compared to baseline, the MA group exhibited significant improvements in body weight, BMI, fat mass, prealbumin (PA), albumin (ALB), and hemoglobin (Hb), coupled with a significant reduction in IL-6 levels and all domains of cancer-related fatigue (somatic, cognitive, affective, and total). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and cancer.
