No significant gender difference was observed (<i>p</i> = 0.639).Logistic regression analysis also revealed that the rate of IgM-positive test in children aged 10-14 years and 0-4 years was significantly higher (<i>p</i> < 0.05) by 11.3 and 7.7%, respectively, compared to other age groups.<h4>Conclusion</h4>The resurgence of measles in Galmudug indicates persistent immunity gaps and inadequate vaccination coverage, particularly among young children. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and measles.
