In vivo pharmacodynamic evaluation using an ovalbumin-induced allergic conjunctivitis model demonstrated significant reductions in inflammatory mediators, including inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, NLRP3), which were reduced by (~50-75%), with modulation of CPA3, BCL2, and TGF-β1 by qRT-PCR. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and atopic conjunctivitis.
