Background
This study aimed to investigate the Clinicopathologic & prognostic significance of Receptor for Activated C Kinase 1 (RACK1) and Ribosomal Protein S6 (RPS6) in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) through immunohistochemistry.
Methods
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor tissues of 100 OSCC cases who were treated primarily via surgery were retrieved and immunohistochemical analysis was done for RACK1 & RPS6. This evidence concerns the gene RACK1 and oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma.
