Given the efficacy of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy in Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) ALL, we aimed to evaluate the long-term outcomes of co-administration of CD19 and CD22 CAR-T cell therapy for pediatric patients with R/R Ph<sup>+</sup> ALL.<h4>Methods</h4>We conducted a retrospective subanalysis of patients with R/R Ph<sup>+</sup> ALL to assess the long-term outcomes of co-administration of CD19 and CD22 CAR-T cell therapy. The gene discussed is CD22; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
