Notably, FLG rs749682384 and IL6R rs2228145 variants emerged as predictors of favorable response to Dupilumab, while RPTN rs3001978 and TSLP rs2289276 variants were associated with a therapy failure.
Conclusions
This study identified genetic signatures in skin barrier and Th2 pathway genes associated with clinical phenotypes and differential responses to Dupilumab in AD. This evidence concerns the gene RPTN and Alzheimer disease.
