These cells displayed effective <i>in vitro</i> cytotoxicity against CD70<sup>+</sup>; glioma cells, furthermore, co-culture with glioma cells promoted the expansion of quiescent CD70R CAR-T cells.<h4>Conclusion</h4>The RVG29 modification enhances CAR-T therapy for brain tumors and holds promise for treating glioma.
