Enhancement with rabies virus glycoprotein (RVG29) has shown improved brain-related efficacy.
Methods
In this study, we developed CD70R CAR-T cells by modifying anti-CD70 CAR-T cells with RVG29 and tested their tumor-killing ability in vitro.
Results
Transcriptomic profiling via RNA-seq revealed the activated signaling pathways in modified CD70R CAR-T cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD70 and neoplasm.
