Incorporating TNFSF14 levels into the ATLAS score and BNP significantly enhanced the predictive performance for recurrence, as evidenced by improved time-dependent AUC, decision curve analysis, net reclassification improvement (NRI: 0.36, p < 0.001) and integrated discrimination improvement (IDI: 0.08, p = 0.012).<h4>Conclusions</h4>TNFSF14 is a promising biomarker for predicting AF recurrence after CA. This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and atrial fibrillation.
