Finally, molecular docking was utilized to further investigate the interactions between key prognostic genes and BPA.
Results
A total of 101 intersecting genes were identified in BPA and HCC by multi-database analysis.GO and KEGG functional enrichment analysis showed that these intersected genes could affect HCC progression through multiple pathways.Five prognostic core genes, SRC, PPARG, HSP90AA1, MAPK3 and ESR1, were differentially expressed in HCC and were associated with poor prognosis of HCC patients. The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
