<h4>Aim</h4>This study aimed to evaluate the real-world efficacy and safety of lorlatinib in patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-rearranged metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after the failure of at least one prior ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI).<h4>Methods</h4>The dataset included 82 subjects with metastatic NSCLC, who received lorlatinib upon compassionate use program or routine treatment between January 2017 and May 2025. The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
