Transcriptome sequencing and RT-qPCR validation identified three genes, <i>Ndn</i>, <i>Dynlt1b</i>, and <i>C3</i>, that were associated with the development of inhibitory interneurons.<h4>Conclusion</h4><i>Alg13</i> regulates postnatal interneuron development, and its deletion may contribute to epilepsy-related pathophysiology.
