IGHE and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: We used Kaplan-Meier curves and a multivariable Cox proportional hazards model to assess the association between low IgE and CLL diagnosis over a seven-year follow-up period, adjusting for age, sex, and other potential confounders, including hypogammaglobulinemia and atopy-related conditions.<h4>Results</h4>A serum IgE level of less than 25 IU/mL was significantly associated with an increased hazard of developing CLL (HR = 1.94, 97.5% CI: 1.47-2.56).
