Statistical analyses were performed to evaluate the associations between RSK4 expression levels, standard clinicopathological parameters, and overall survival.
Results
RSK4 immunoreactivity was detected in 65.7% (94/143) of tumor tissue samples but in 36.5% (23/63) of matched normal urothelial tissue samples (P < 0.0001). The gene discussed is RPS6KA6; the disease is neoplasm.
