In MASH, CXCL3<sup>+</sup> macrophage and CXCL10<sup>+</sup> macrophage were enriched and characterized by <i>ETS2</i>- and <i>IRF1</i>-driven inflammatory programs that might potentially contribute to the transition from MASH to HCC.
