<h4>Objective</h4>To explore the evaluation value of the modified systemic immune-inflammatory index (mSII), modified systemic inflammatory response index (mSIRI) and hemoglobin-albumin-lymphocyte-platelet (HALP) score for the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) in breast cancer.<h4>Methods</h4>A total of 343 breast cancer patients who received NAT at Meizhou People's Hospital from June 2016 to October 2023 were analyzed. The gene discussed is ALB; the disease is breast carcinoma.
