The aim of this study was to analyze glycemic management in children with type 1 diabetes (T1D) after three years of using the system.<h4>Materials and methods</h4>The data included anthropometric measurements, information from insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) from fifty children with T1D (mean age: 9.9 ± 2.4 years; T1D duration at baseline: 3.9 ± 2.56 years) using the MiniMed 780G. This evidence concerns the gene INS and type 1 diabetes mellitus.
