PLA2G1B and aortic stenosis: Lastly, several sensitivity analyses were undertaken to verify the robustness of our findings.<h4>Results</h4>In the primary TSMR results, sulfasalazine targeting PLA2G1B was linked to reduced risks of heart failure (OR: 0.86, 95% CI: 0.80-0.94), total cholesterol (OR: 0.89, 95% CI: 0.83-0.95), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (OR: 0.88, 95% CI: 0.82-0.94), and aortic stenosis (OR: 0.72, 95% CI: 0.62-0.84).
