OTOR and heart failure: Multivariable analysis identified that myeloma (<i>HR</i> = 2.582, 95% CI: 1.105-6.034, <i>p</i> = 0.029), heart failure (<i>HR</i> = 2.258, 95% CI: 1.098-4.641, <i>p</i> = 0.027), higher BMPCs (<i>HR</i> = 1.018, 95% CI: 1.001-1.035, <i>p</i> = 0.035), and elevated FDP levels (<i>HR</i> = 1.018, 95% CI: 1.004-1.017, <i>p</i> = 0.001) were independent risk factors for death.<h4>Conclusion</h4>Elevated BMPCs, concurrent myeloma, heart failure, and increased FDP levels were associated with poor OS of AL amyloidosis patients.
