A literature review was conducted to identify and integrate relevant published case data.<h4>Results</h4>Among seven treated stage IV NSCLC patients with the p.L747P mutation, two who received second-generation EGFR-TKIs as first-line therapy had an objective response rate (ORR) of 0% and experienced rapid disease progression. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
