Dysregulation of m6A machinery, including methyltransferases (METTL3, METTL14), demethylases (FTO, ALKBH5), and m6A readers (YTHDFs, IGF2BPs), has been implicated in oncogenesis, immune evasion, and therapy failure in multiple cancers, including HNSCC.
