BRD4 and autoimmune disease: VYN202, a small molecule antagonist of the BET family, binds to BD2 motifs of BET proteins (EC50BD2 BRD4: 1 nM; EC50BD1 BRD4: >10,000 nM) and has demonstrated activity in downregulating key inflammatory pathways relevant to autoimmune diseases in ex vivo human cell/tissue cultures and in vivo rodent models.
