In the CeD group, 58.7% of patients (54/92) were diagnosed with IgE-mediated allergies, whereas the incidence of sensitization in the Con group was only half that of the CeD group, at 24.5% (45/184); this between-group difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Here, IGHE is linked to cranioectodermal dysplasia.
