Notably, magrolimab (an anti-CD47 antibody) has shown encouraging activity, particularly in combination with azacitidine in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) (9) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (10), and is now being evaluated in a range of cancers, both hematologic and solid.
