Interestingly, high DNAJC13 expression was significantly associated with poor overall survival in breast cancer (BRCA, p=0.045), and colon adenocarcinoma (COAD, p=0.008), while the association is not statistically significant in melanoma (SKCM, p = 0.21) (Figure 4A).
