Analysis using the Xiantao online tools revealed that the CD274 (PD-L1) gene exhibits high expression levels in tumor samples from hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, renal cancer, and urothelial cancer, alongside elevated expression of αv (ITGAV) and β3 (ITGB3) genes (Figure 1A). Here, CD274 is linked to renal carcinoma.
