Our findings revealed a significant correlation between elevated SERPINE1 expression and pathways associated with tumor progression and inflammation, including the pathways in mtor signaling, pancreatic cancer, Notch signaling, MAPK signaling, T cell receptor signaling, B cell receptor signaling, leukocyte transendothelial migration, and neurotrophin signaling, suggesting that SERPINE1 may be implicated in both tumorigenesis and inflammation processes (Figure 3I). Here, SERPINE1 is linked to pancreatic neoplasm.
