In this pilot study, we evaluated the effect of a supervised, physiotherapy-based exercise program combined with antioxidant supplementation on ovarian reserve markers and spontaneous pregnancy rates in 24 infertile women aged 20–42 years, with body mass index (BMI) 18.5–30 kg/m2, regular menstruation, anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) < 1.1 ng/mL, and antral follicle count ≥3 measured on days 2–4 of the cycle.
