In this prospective study, patients who met three or more frailty criteria—including low serum albumin levels, impaired Activities of Daily Living (ADL), impaired Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), lymphopenia, and elevated anxiety/depression scores as measured by the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)—had significantly shorter survival and lower treatment completion rates [8].
