S100B and HELLP syndrome: S100-B levels were higher in severe PE (0.09 vs. 0.13 μg/L, p = 0.025). For predicting PE, at levels ≥ 0.0975 μg/L, sensitivity and specificity were found to be 81.4% and 58.3%. At levels ≥ 0.0975 μg/L, 12.75-fold ↑ risk of CNS symptoms and a 3.27-fold ↑ risk of HELLP syndrome. AUC value for S100-B was calculated as 0.712.
