K-M analysis revealed that in TCGA-PAAD, low expression of SFRP1 (p = 0.0077) was associated with a higher survival probability, whereas low expression of SERPINB5 (p < 0.0001), CALU (p = 0.01), TFRC (p = 0.031), LY6D (p < 0.0001), and GBP2 (p < 0.0001) were all linked to lower survival probabilities (Figure 2e). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINB5 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
