The resulting upregulated and downregulated genes were subjected to KEGG enrichment analysis, highlighting several shared pathways, including apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum–associated processes, Salmonella infection, NF-κB signaling, Fanconi anemia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, HTLV-1 infection, lysosome, TNF signaling, endocytosis, autophagy (animal), and N-glycan biosynthesis (Figure 5E,F). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and Parkinson disease.
