NPPB and pulmonary arterial hypertension: Higher respiratory rate (OR = 1.24, 95% CI 1.15–1.33, p < 0.001), TLUS score (OR = 1.28, 95% CI 1.21–1.36, p < 0.001), RBC count (OR = 3.59, 95% CI 2.29–5.61, p < 0.001), and BNP (OR = 1.03, 95% CI 1.03–1.04, p < 0.001) were positively correlated with PAH, whereas lower FEV1% predicted (OR = 0.96, 95% CI 0.95–0.98, p < 0.001), DLCO% predicted (OR = 0.89, 95% CI 0.87–0.91, p < 0.001), and oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) (OR = 0.99, 95% CI 0.99–0.99, p < 0.001) were negatively associated.
