In this cohort, among the 77 primary tumor samples, mutations were observed in TP53 (n = 61; 79.2%), KMT2D (n = 18; 23.4%), NOTCH1 (n = 14; 18.2%), PIK3CA (n = 15; 19.5%), FAT1 (n = 7; 9.10%), NSD1 (n = 6; 7.79%), CDKN2A (n = 9; 11.7%), BRCA1 (n = 7; 9.10%), ATM (n = 7; 9.10%), ROS1 (n = 6; 7.79%), and ARID1A (n = 7; 9.10%).
