The laboratory’s effect was not statistically significant for PregS amplitude (p = 0.918) and ononetin amplitude (p = 0.369), demonstrating that TRPM3 ion channel dysfunction in ME/CFS patients was reproducible across two distinct laboratories, using different experimenters, with a variance of 0.001% for PregS and 0.02% for ononetin. This evidence concerns the gene TRPM3 and myalgic encephalomeyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome.
