As shown in representative flow plots (Figures 2A, B), infection with F. necrophorum resulted in a significant increase in the percentages of αβ T cells, NK cells (CD335+CD3−), and NKT cells (CD335+CD3+) compared with healthy cows, whereas the proportion of WC1+ γδ T cells remained unchanged (Figures 2C–F).
