CDD intervention significantly downregulated the expression of IL6/JAK2/STAT3/FOXO4 pathway genes in KGN cells and reversed the upregulation of STAT3 and FOXO4 gene expression caused by the STAT3 activator Colivelin TFA, consistent with the suppression of STAT3 and FOXO4 gene expression induced by si-STAT3 and si-FOXO4, which collectively demonstrated that CDD promotes the intake of glucose by KGN cells. Here, JAK2 is linked to craniodiaphyseal dysplasia.
