MYO19 and cancer: Figure 1H illustrates a progressive increase in MYO19 mRNA expression with advancing cancer stage, indicating its potential role in tumor progression and aggressiveness. At the protein level, MYO19 expression is markedly higher in LUSC tumor tissues than in normal tissues (p < 0.001, Figure 1I). Immunohistochemical analysis (Figure 1J) corroborates this observation, showing strong MYO19 staining in LUSC tissues and weak or absent staining in normal tissues.
