MYO19 and neoplasm: Figures 1B and 1C depict this upregulation of MYO19 mRNA expression in both the TCGA and GTEx datasets, with a consistent and robust statistical significance (p < 0.0001). Consistently, MYO19 mRNA levels were markedly higher in LUSC tissues than in normal lung tissues, as evidenced by data from the CPTAC database (Figure 1D).Overall, the data demonstrate a pronounced overexpression of MYO19 in LUSC, indicating its potential role in tumor biology.
