MYO19 and neoplasm: Furthermore, MYO19 is negatively associated with the tumor inflammation signature (r = -0.363, p = 2.72e-17, Figure 3E), and IL-10 Anti-inflammatory Signaling Pathway (r = -3.39e-01;p =8.19e-15, Figure 3F) indicating that MYO19-high tumors have a reduced capacity to activate immune-stimulating inflammatory processes.
