HSYA demonstrates regulation of angiogenesis in previous findings: it potentiates therapeutic neovascularization in myocardial ischemia via Ang-1/Tie2 signaling and enhances tubulogenesis in human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) through VEGF-A/MMP9 upregulation (Chen et al., 2016; Ruan et al., 2021; Yang et al., 2015; Yu et al., 2019; Zou et al., 2018).
