When analyzed by diagnosis, we found that compared with the control group, the schizophrenia group had significantly higher mRNA levels of all 5 TNFSF receptors examined: FAS (F2,145 = 9.46, p ≤ .001), TNFR1 (H2 = 13.30, p = .001), TNFR2 (F2,146 = 6.91, p ≤ .001), TWEAKR (H2 = 15.08, p = .001), and DR4 (H2 = 18.02, p ≤ .001) (all p adj. Here, TNFRSF1B is linked to schizophrenia.
