We then assessed these effects on overall breast cancer and different subtypes, including ER status (ER+/ER−) and five molecular subtypes: luminal A–like, luminal B–like (HER2-positive), luminal B (HER2-negative-like), HER2-enriched, and triple-negative breast cancer using data from the Breast Cancer Association Consortium (BCAC) (28, 29).
