Firstly, TRPM6 showed differential expression between tumor and normal tissues in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), COAD, glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (Figure 5A). This evidence concerns the gene TRPM6 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
