These results confirm that GDPD3 is the only gene among those tested that is required to maintain the proliferative, migratory, and invasive capacities of LNCaP prostate cancer cells (Supplementary Figures S9A–E).These results identify GDPD3 as a key regulator of prostate cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, whereas ITGAX and FAM167B appear to have limited functional impact. Here, GDPD3 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
