NFKB1 and persistent truncus arteriosus: Further analysis revealed that the Toll-like receptor signalling pathway and NF-κB signalling pathway were significantly more active in the hearts of mice in the TAC group than in the hearts of mice in the vehicle group and was suppressed in the hearts of mice in the jaranol-treatment group relative to that observed in the hearts of mice in the TAC group (Figures 4D,E).
